Returns and Shipping Policy

Artwork: If you purchase artwork from Craig Jefferson online, you have the right to a refund within 14 days of arrival. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact artist@craigjefferson.com to arrange a refund.  The cost of returning the artwork must be paid by the customer.

If your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact artist@craigjefferson.com to discuss the issue and agree on a resolution.

Shipping Policy: Shipping costs are paid by the customer and the most relevant shipping carrier for your location and the size of the painting will be used.  Please discuss shipping options with Craig at the time of purchase if you have any queries or concerns.

In-person Classes: If you are no longer able to attend an in-person class, please contact artist@craigjefferson.com to discuss. You may be eligible to transfer to another class or at Craig's discretion, offered a refund.

Online Classes: If you are unsatisfied with your online course within 14 days of purchase, you can request a refund by emailing artist@craigjefferson.com detailing the issues encountered. If you have completed more than 50% of the course you will not be eligible for a refund.
